How do I fix buffering on ViewMesa?
The most effective fix is switching from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet cable. This eliminates network congestion — the cause of 90% of IPTV buffering. If Ethernet isn't possible, connect to your router's 5GHz band instead of 2.4GHz. Also try increasing the buffer size in your IPTV app (TiviMate → Settings → Player → Buffer Size → 60 seconds). How long does subscription activation take?
After payment confirmation via WhatsApp, your subscription is typically activated within 1 hour. During busy periods, it may take up to 2 hours. You'll receive your login credentials (server URL, username, password) directly in WhatsApp.
Which IPTV app do you recommend?

Each base subscription allows 1 simultaneous stream. You can install your credentials on multiple devices, but only 1 can stream at a time. For 2 simultaneous streams, add a multi-connection for $30 extra when ordering.
What do I do if a channel is missing or not working?
First, refresh your playlist in the IPTV app (usually Settings → Refresh Playlist or Update Channels). If the channel is still unavailable, message us on WhatsApp with the channel name. We update our channel list weekly and can usually resolve issues within a few hours.
Does ViewMesa work outside the UK/USA?
Yes. ViewMesa works in any country with an internet connection of 10+ Mbps. We have users in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Kuwait, and many other countries. Channel availability is not geo-restricted from our servers.
How do I renew my subscription?
We'll message you via WhatsApp 7 days before your subscription expires as a reminder. To renew, simply reply to that message with the plan you want. Your credentials stay the same — no reinstallation needed.
Is there a VOD (Movies & Series) library?
Yes. All ViewMesa plans include access to a large VOD library with thousands of movies and TV series. These appear in the "Movies" and "Series" sections of your IPTV app. The library is updated regularly with new releases.
