DMCA Copyright Policy
ViewMesa respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.
1. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance
ViewMesa takes copyright law seriously. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright laws in other jurisdictions. We respond expeditiously to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.
2. Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content accessible through our service or website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent. To be valid, your written notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Where to Submit DMCA Notices
All DMCA notices must be submitted in writing to our designated copyright agent:

We aim to acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and to take appropriate action within 10 business days.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content that was removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ViewMesa has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. ViewMesa may also at its sole discretion limit access to the service or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
6. Disclaimer
ViewMesa is a technology service provider. We do not host, create, or store the majority of third-party content accessible through our platform. We act as a conduit for content delivery. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice relating to our directly controlled infrastructure, we will take prompt action.
7. False Notices
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a DMCA notice.
